President will sign an executive order on Friday aimed at
increasing access to contraception and family planning as he seeks to make abortions
rights a rallying cry for voters in the 2024 election.
He's signing the order on the same day the three top reproductive rights groups - Planned Parenthood Action Fund, NARAL Pro-Choice America and Emily's List - endorsed him and Vice President for reelection.
Additionally Biden, Harris, and will speak at a political event with those groups on Friday afternoon - the day before the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court's ruling in the Dobbs decision, which overturned the landmark decision in Roe v. Wade that legalized abortion.
