sweet tooths out there. Most coffee that comes from Ethiopia is labeled as Ethiopian heirloom, which makes
it difficult to differentiate the many types. Ethiopian food is some of my favorite in the whole world,
and I loved almost everything I ate there. A simple wrap-around head covering with fringes that can be
found in every desert area of the world, essential for protecting eyes,
nose, mouth and neck. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the highest sought
after coffee in the specialty coffee world, and for good reason! Coffee production here dates back for centuries and is a vital part of Ethiopian culture and economy.
But not here. Ethiopians love their coffee and it plays a significant role in their cultural as
well as economic lives. I love projects like this
that seem very approachable, and if undertaken, will result in a
tool that you will use all of the time and likely feel immense pride over
every time you do. Or you can just increase the brewing time.
